Franchise Customer Experience Conference
Overview
FCXC brings together the industry's most forward-thinking Marketing, Operations, and Technology executives in franchising to explore how leading brands can elevate customer engagement, strengthen franchisee relationships, and embrace the future of franchising. As Creative Director, I led the end-to-end creative process from concept through post-production. I hired and directed photography and videography talent, co-led branding ideation with my senior designer, and managed the full production pipeline to deliver print and digital assets on time to the InterContinental Buckhead in Atlanta. I partnered with the digital director to execute stage graphics, oversaw the design and production of booth builds, and personally handled on-site signage setup. On-site, I coordinated deliveries, managed vendor and talent schedules, and supported keynote logistics and registration operations to keep the event running smoothly. After the conference, I art directed the wrap-up video edit and leveraged the full asset library to produce a feature article for our magazine, digital articles, and emails.
