Multi-Unit Franchising Conference
Overview
MUFC brings together multi-unit franchisees in every stage of growth dedicated to peer mentoring along with collaboration in interactive workshops. As Creative Director, I led the end-to-end creative process from concept through post-production. I hired and directed photography and videography talent, co-led branding ideation with my senior designer, and managed the full production pipeline to deliver print and digital assets on time to Caesars Forum in Las Vegas. I partnered with the digital director to execute graphics across TV, stage, and LED wall formats, and oversaw the design and production of booth builds, venue structures, and entrance units. On-site, I coordinated deliveries, managed vendor and talent schedules, and supported keynote logistics and registration operations to keep the event running smoothly. After the conference, I art directed the wrap-up video edit and leveraged the full asset library to produce a feature article for our magazine, digital articles, and emails.
